2008 Lady Osprey Hotel Information

Lady Osprey has established a block of hotel rooms in each town that will be hosting a tournament, which we will be attending.  You are under no obligation to stay at the designated hotels, and may find even better deals while searching on your own. 

At least two nights have been reserved for each tournament (Fri & Sat), and in some cases (Valley Invite & State), Thursday night has been reserved also.  Let the reservationist know all nights that you will be needing, even if they do not match up with the room block (i.e. drop off a Friday night, or add a Sunday night).   To make reservations under the room block, you will need to let the reservationist know that you are calling for a room under the “Lady Osprey Room Block”.  Your reservations MUST be made prior to the “Room Drop Date”, noted on each Hotel Information Sheet.  Any rooms not taken by the drop date will no longer be available to the Lady Osprey under the set contract rate.

Many families camp in trailers at the fields, and this seems to work well for them in our state. Washington and Idaho however, enforce their laws on banned camping at the fields, and you might want to inquire with the Tournament Director to see if he can obtain special permission for your stay (this was done previously in Coeur d’Alene).

If planning on going, you need to let Jackie know by 4/3/08.  A confirmation number will then be provided to you shortly thereafter, and then you can call to confirm the room with your own credit card.  If plans down the road change, and you are unable to attend, you can cancel the reservation, as needed.

 11 non-smoking rooms with 2 queen beds are being held at the rate of  $84.00 per night + tax.  Continental breakfast is provided.  Because the tournament is a 5 game guarantee, we will have at least two games on Sunday.  If families would like to reserve an extra night at the hotel, they are available at the above rate also.  Hotel is pet friendly, they just request a $25.00 one time flat fee.
