The Great Falls Electric City Heat tournament is the biggest tournament of the season. The teams that attended this year were very competitivewith teams that participating from Montana, Washington, Idaho and Canada. This is the biggest tournament we will play in and the first one that has all of the really good teams show up. The Lady Osprey keep getting better each weekend.
There were several good teams in the tournament but none that held up to the mad skills of the Lady Osprey.
The Lady Osprey fielded two teams and came home with two championships. U12 defeated the Glacier Emeralds and the U16 defeated the Billings Blues.
Both Lady Osprey teams had a great showing this year.
The U12 played six games, going 5-1. They battled from a number four seed to bring home the big trophy.
The U16 team was the number one seed for the "A" bracket of championship play on Sunday. Only the top 8 teams from pool play are placed in "A" bracket. They did a fantastic job and brought home the first place trophy.
Lexi Miller and DJ Johnson were named the MVPs with support from several of their teammates.

The U16 team went 6-0 to win the Championship, defeating the Billings Blues. 9-1
